Roasted Red Potatoes & Parmesan Garlic Cabbage w/ Smoked Sausage

Roasted Red Potatoes & Onions
A quick delicious southern favorite in our home.
  • 3lbs Red Potatoes (Washed and Dried)
  • 2-3 tbsp to coat Olive Oil
  • 1 Onion,Sliced
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 TBSP Beef Bullion Granules (low sodium)
  • 1/4 tsp parsley flakes
  • 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp Paprika
  • 1/8 tsp Celery Salt
  • To Taste Salt
Preheat oven to 450. (425 for convection) Stir the beef bouillon granules, onion powder, parsley flakes, celery salt, paprika, and black pepper in a bowl. Dice potatoes and slice onion. Place onto cookie sheet or casserole dish.Sprinkle mixture over vegetables and drizzle with olive oil. Toss to coat. Bake for 30-45 min or until tender stirring every 10 minutes. Sprinkle with salt to taste.

Parmesan Garlic Cabbage & Sausage
A quick delicious southern favorite in our home. Super Easy!
  • 1 package Smoked Sausage ( Your Preference)
  • 1/2 Cabbage
  • 3 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1-2 Tsp Minced Garlic
  • salt & pepper to taste
Use 2 tbsp water OR one pat of Butter or Oil in pan. (this is only to prevent burning. No Oil is needed. Heat on Med-High.Shred cabbage and Dice sausage. Pour into pan and cover. Stir well Often. It usually takes 5-8 min to become soft. Once cabbage is soft add 1 tbsp of Parmesan as well as the garlic, salt, and pepper.Sprinkle With remaining cheese when ready to serve. Enjoy!
